Mindfulness and music

Eric Heveron-Smith teaches private lessons, clinics, and camps on upright bass and trombone. He focuses on the intersection of mindfulness and music, connecting the dots between music theory, ear training, improvisation, and melodic playing. Eric has taught songwriters and multi-instrumentalists at Telem Week in Sierra Leone, violinists and cellists at Christian Howes’ Creatives Strings Workshop, clarinet players and vocalists at Lindy Focus, and young children at various schools in Rochester, Asheville, and Nashville.
